<div>Enhanced Milieu Teaching (EMT) demonstrated significant positive effects on overall outcomes (<em>g</em> = 0.92) in children with a variety of diagnoses. <span data-teams="true">A meta-regression examining disability type as a potential moderator found no significant differences in EMT effectiveness across diagnostic groups of autism spectrum disorder, cleft palate, language delay, and children at-risk for language delay.</span></div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Limitations of this review include the lack of a comprehensive meta-analysis and the variation in EMT implementation across studies. Additional research is needed to investigate the effects of culturally adapted and natural agent-implemented (e.g., fathers, siblings, paraprofessionals) EMT on longitudinal language outcomes and family measures in culturally and linguistically diverse children.</div>
