This systematic review investigates the efficacy of various treatment strategies for primary lesions and recurrences in individuals with vocal process granulomas.
<div>Speech and language therapy was the primary treatment for vocal process granulomas in three studies. Resolution rates across studies ranged from 53% to 87.5%, however, it was not clear that outcomes were entirely attributable to speech and language therapy in two studies.</div>
