<div>Overall, there is a lack of research evidence regarding the effect of voice therapy for transgender men. One case study reported lower fundamental frequency, improved vocal stability, and reduced vocal fatigue following voice therapy. Additional research is needed. </div>
<div>While many transgender men experience lower vocal pitch following testosterone treatment, it is unclear if this lower pitch results in the desired level of voice masculinization. The majority of expert position papers (76%) recommended that voice professionals provide gender-affirming services to transgender men. </div>
