<div>Results indicated that the Brief International Cognitive Assessment for Multiple Sclerosis (BICAMS) was able to identify cognitive impairments in individuals with MS. The subtests of the BICAMS demonstrated medium effect sizes (g) for assessing immediate recall of verbal memory (g = 0.688) and visual memory (g = 0.635) and a large effect size for assessing information processing speed (g = 0.943). "The systematic review showed that BICAMS had been widely applied in many different languages, cultures and locations, with a diverse range of clinical samples including different disease subtypes, durations and severity" (p. 302).</div>
