Additional strategies include the use of tools (e.g., white boards, visible clocks) and the use of cognitively stimulating activities (Unrated).</div>

<div>For adult cancer patients who are at risk of or who are diagnosed with delirium, information and education on delirium should be provided to the patient's family and/or caregiver(s) by suitably trained staff (Grade A; Level V). Interprofessional delirium education should be provided to the whole healthcare team to improve the recognition, assessment, and management of delirium symptoms in the patient (Grade A; Level II).</div>
