This systematic review investigates the effects of rehabilitation interventions on cognitive impairment, anxiety, and depression for individuals with neurological conditions to determine which may be applied to individuals with post-COVID-19 condition. Some of the treatment approaches investigated fall outside the scope of practice of a speech-language pathologist, and as such, are not discussed in this summary.

<div>There is moderate to very low evidence to support the use of cognitive interventions to reduce cognitive and psychological symptoms in individuals with post-COVID-19 condition. <br><br>Results are based on indirect evidence from other conditions commonly treated for cognitive impairment, anxiety, and depression symptoms. Future research is needed to investigate the direct effects of cognitive and other non-pharmalogical interventions specific to people with post-COVID-19 condition.</div>
