<div>Bimodal stimulation leads to significant benefits in speech perception in quiet and noisy environments in adults, particularly for those with residual hearing. Outcomes improve further with programming to reduce environmental noise and systems to reduce the temporal gap between devices. Limitations to this review included heterogeneity among the included studies as well as lack of research on long-term outcomes.</div>
