<div>Across studies, individuals with stroke and carers indicated a greater satisfaction with rehabilitation provided in the home.</div>

<div>The findings suggest that individuals with stroke had better outcomes when provided rehabilitation in the home compared to center-based rehabilitation post hospital discharge. A significant effect was reported at six weeks (p=.03) and at three to six months (p=.01) in favor of treatment provided in the home. However setting results were unequivocal at six months post inpatient discharge.</div>
