<div>Findings reported high client satisfaction with telehealth services—mainly utilizing videoconferencing—across allied health services, including speech-language services. Therefore, results indicated that telehealth services could be a viable service delivery model in rural settings. Although most participants in the included studies reported high satisfaction, a few participants expressed dissatisfaction due to poor technological quality or other program difficulties.</div>
