Findings revealed significant medium to large effects in favor of pragmatic interventions for children with developmental language disorders. While many studies evaluated interventions focused on conversation and narrative skills using parent-child interactions and shared reading activities, limited information could be gleaned regarding specific intervention targets, outcomes, and dosages due to the heterogeneity across studies. Further research is warranted.
