The Epley maneuver is more effective than vestibular exercises for the treatment of posterior canal benign paroxysmal positional vertigo at one-week follow-up. However, the evidence was inconclusive at one-month follow-up with the majority of studies indicating that both the Epley maneuver and vestibular exercises were effective.
