<div style="text-align: left;">"EIBI [Early intensive behavioral intervention] produces large to moderate effects sizes for changes in IQ [Hedges g= 1.1; 95% CI = .87 to 1.34] and ABC [Adaptive Behavior Composite] scores [Hedges g = 0.66; 95% CI= 0.41 to .0.9] for children [on the autism spectrum] when compared with no intervention controls and eclectic provision [i.e., range of treatments]. These results support the clinical implication that EIBI at present should be an intervention of choice for children [on the autism spectrum]" (p. 449).</div>
