The Addenbrooke's Cognitive Examination-Revised (ACE-R) and Addenbrooke's Cognitive Examination-III (ACE-III) were reported to demonstrate good to excellent sensitivity and specificity for detecting dementia, but diagnostic accuracy may vary based on the subtype (e.g., Alzheimer's disease, frontotemporal degeneration, vascular dementia). The included studies investigating the tests were from Spanish and Thai language versions.
