<div>Computerized cognitive rehabilitation interventions resulted in improved targeted attention and/or executive functioning deficits in adults with acquired brain injury in a majority of included studies (23 out of 28 studies). The included studies investigated a wide variety of interventions, which utilized modified or specifically created attention and executive function-focused treatment programs.</div>
