Two of the included studies examined the delivery of multiple Epley maneuvers in a single treatment session compared to the application of only one Epley maneuver in a single treatment session for individuals with posterior benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (p-BPPV). The findings suggest greater success rates for symptom resolution after repeated applications of the Epley maneuver for individuals with p-BPPV. Cumulative success rates for p-BPPV symptom resolution were 40-100% after two sessions, 67-98% after three sessions, 87-100% after four sessions, and 100% after five sessions. The majority of included studies had a moderate risk of bias.
