<div>Cognitive rehabilitation (CR) after epilepsy surgery was associated with improved verbal memory, psychological functioning, and return-to-work outcomes. CR was not associated with improvements in visual memory and attention. Due to the heterogeneity of study methods and measures, an overall effect size could not be determined. Further rigorous research is warranted.</div>
