<p>"Assessment practices ... were documented with many assessment tools reported. Most of the assessment tools frequently used were age-standardized, norm-referenced discriminative tools that focused on [International Classification of Functioning Disability and Health, Child, and Youth version] ICF-CY domains of body structure and function" (p. 343). Of the 13 speech, language, and communication assessments identified as being used most frequently, none showed acceptable validity for use with children with cerebral palsy. These included:</p>
