Results indicated that speech rehabilitation significantly improved articulatory diadochokinesis such as rapid repetition of single syllables (i.e., /pa/, /ta/, /ka/), and rapid repetition of syllable sequence (i.e., /pataka/) in adults with stroke-related dysarthria.
