<div>Individuals with unilateral spatial neglect secondary to stroke showed mixed improvements in visual perception and head movement after undergoing IVR treatment. The included studies reported no severe adverse events, though some participants experienced dizziness, nausea, sore eyes, or disorientation.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Limitations of this review include the paucity of studies, the variety of study designs, interventions, and IVR techniques, and limited sample sizes. Additional research is needed to investigate the influence of patient characteristics, the impact of intervention dosage, and follow-up on outcomes.</div>
