Randomized and controlled trials

0 trials; 3 observational studies

No randomized or nonrandomized controlled studies were found examining specific rehabilitative treatments for individuals with Guillain-Barré syndrome. However, three observational studies provided support for multidisciplinary services which included physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Further research is warranted to examine the effects of specific swallowing treatments or strategies for this population.
