<div>Clinical follow-up, including head and neck examination by flexible endoscopy, should be carried out every two to three months during the first two years, every six months between years three to five, and annually thereafter (Level III; Grade A). Follow-up should include the whole head and neck multidisciplinary team, including the physician, dietician, speech-swallowing-hearing specialist, and psychological specialist (Ungraded).</div>
