Most studies (6/7) favored computer-based cognitive treatments to reduce symptoms of visual neglect post stroke. However, due to the small number of studies, heterogeneity of the treatments and outcomes used, and the lack of methodological quality no firm conclusions could be drawn regarding the effects of computer-based treatments on this population with further research needed.
