"A range of accessibility solutions are available for individuals with [cerebral palsy] CP to access a computer, but few have undergone rigorous experimental testing, and there is little evidence to suggest that one or more of these devices could enable access for a specific individual. Pointing devices and keyboard modifications may enable access for some, but the results of these studies cannot be applied to all individuals with CP" (p. 514).
