The Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) was found to be a clinically feasible and accurate cognitive screening tool. Compared to other tools, it demonstrated superior sensitivity to milder cognitive deficits. The Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) was more accurate as a screen for post-stroke dementia.
