Results indicated the following interventions may be effective in developing the skills that facilitate home independence, including social and communication skills, in adolescents and adults on the autism spectrum: <ul> <li>video modeling;</li> <li>video self-modeling;</li> <li>behavioral interventions;</li> <li>video prompting;</li> <li>transition planning program;</li> <li>cognitive aids; and&nbsp;</li> <li>social skills groups.</li> </ul>
