Mixed results were noted across studies, with vestibular rehabilitation (VR) being generally associated with improved outcomes in balance, gait functioning, or quality of life in people with neurological disorder. However, due to an overall paucity of high-quality research and heterogeneity between included studies, no recommendations for or against the use of VR in this population could be made. Further research is indicated.
