<div>For adults who have suffered a stroke and may present with aphasia, eight studies compared patient-reported memory measures (PRMMs) to objective memory measures. Only the Rivermead Behavioral Memory Test was found to have one statistically significant correlation when demographic factors were controlled. "Critical appraisal of PRMMs' psychometric properties and the methodological quality of the included studies revealed significant shortcomings" (p. 197).</div>
