This consensus guideline provides recommendations for the management of care of young infants with laryngomalacia. This guideline is intended for otolaryngologists who manage young infants with laryngomalacia.

"The algorithm [to manage difficult to feed infants with laryngomalacia] may be best performed in conjunction with feeding or speech therapy services when available to guide feeding recommendations and therapy (texture modification, bottle pacing, augmenting feeding schedule, etc.)" (p. 259).
