Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) was reported to be generally associated with positive outcomes on cognitive skills, language ability, imitation, attentiveness, and social initiation. Therefore, findings suggested that ESDM could be a promising intervention for young children with, or at risk for, autism spectrum disorder. Results, however, were limited due to the reduced methodological certainty of evidence.
