<div>Across studies, computer-based cognitive training led to improved cognitive performance, executive function, and memory compared to controls. There were no differences in mood between groups. Limitations to this review include heterogeneity of the methodology of the included studies, lack of meta-analysis, and the small sample sizes of the included studies.</div>
