This

Dee
Adams Nikjeh, PhD, CCC-SLP, is an ASHA Fellow and an expert in
health care code sets, compliance requirements, and billing practices. She is
ASHA's SLP advisor to the American Medical Association's Relative Value Update
Committee/Health Care Professionals Advisory Committee and consultant to ASHA's
Health Care Economics Committee, a committee she co-chaired for 14 years. Her
professional career spans four decades as a clinician, researcher, educator,
expert witness for the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Division, coding and
claims consultant, and advocate for the speech-language pathology
profession.
