ASHA products and courses are carefully developed and planned to ensure their relevance to you. If you are dissatisfied with any product or course, we will provide you with an alternative. If we cannot provide a satisfactory product, we will refund the purchase price in full within 90 days (120 days for foreign addresses) of shipping from ASHA. Refunds for the ASHA Learning Pass are only available for 14 days (see ASHA Learning Pass Terms of Use for details). Please note eBooks will not be accepted for return, refund, or exchange.
