Purchase Orders

Please submit purchase orders on an official company/organization purchase order form. If you’re not able to include all required information on your purchase order please provide supplemental documentation in this Order Form.

To ensure you receive member pricing, include a member account number. The minimum product order subtotal (not including shipping and handling fees and sales tax) is $75. Purchase orders below $75 cannot be accepted without being pre-paid via personal check, credit card, or money order.

Please be advised that purchase orders are not accepted for online conferences.

We cannot accept international purchase orders.
