Please submit purchase orders on an official company/organization purchase order form. If you’re not able to include all required information on your purchase order please provide supplemental documentation in the form of a Purchase Order Cover Sheet.
To ensure you receive member pricing, include a member account number. The minimum product order subtotal (not including shipping and handling fees and sales tax) is $75. Purchase orders below $75 cannot be accepted without being pre-paid via personal check, credit card, or money order.
