About the artist
Jenny Loehr, MA, CCC-SLP, has been a speech-language pathologist (SLP) for 30 years, and her experience ranges from school-based services to home health care. Jenny is a lifelong illustrator and was able to “marry” her two passions of art and speech-language pathology many years ago when she created a cartoon series for The ASHA Leader. When she isn’t traveling across the country for work, she can be found in Austin, Texas, where she teaches yoga, plays the ukulele, and sits on the couch with her husband Brian.
