The profession of audiology is going through a period of transition. With new disruptions such as over-the-counter (OTC) hearing aids, it can be challenging to determine what service and billing model may best meet the needs of your patients and your practice. This webinar will explore the pros and cons of bundled and unbundled models, review how audiologists can evaluate their existing service delivery model, and outline the process of transitioning to a new model.

Learning Outcomes
You will be able to:

  • Describe and compare bundled and unbundled hearing aid services
  • Describe the process of integrating an unbundled model into practice
  • Identify methods for evaluating the success of new business models
